Our group therapy sessions bring together individuals walking similar paths, creating a community of connection, support, and accountability that extends well beyond the therapy room. Led by an experienced therapist, our groups are structured, purposeful, and built around real connection.

Men's Empathy and Communication Group

This group is for men in recovery who want to learn how to truly show up for their partners in the aftermath of betrayal. Using the workbook Help Her Heal by Carol Juergensen Sheets — built on her Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM) — members develop practical, empathy-based skills for rebuilding trust, safety, and intimacy. Rather than waiting for individual recovery to run its course, the ERCEM approach teaches men to become an active part of their partner's healing from the very beginning. Group members learn how to check in with their partner's fears and needs, listen without defensiveness, and respond with genuine empathy — not only in calm conversations, but also in highly emotional moments when their partner needs support the most.
